The Visitor and Patient parking area is located behind the hospital. A map is available of the Hospital campus illustrating parking areas and department locations.
General visiting hours are from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m.
The Women's Center welcomes visitors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No children under the age of 12 years are allowed on any of the patient floors or the Women's Center.
Crittenden Regional Hospital has a cafeteria and welcomes family members to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in these facilities. To go orders are also available upon request. The weekly menu is available online. American Diabetes Association approved entrees, side dishes and desserts are served daily. The cafeteria hours are as follows:
Breakfast is served 6:30am - 9:30am
Lunch is served 11:00am- 1:30pm
Dinner is served 5:30pm - 6:30pm
A Health Resource Center (see below) is also available to assist patients, family members, healthcare professionals and members of the community with basic health care information. Staff members are available to assist individuals with locating information through both electronic and written materials.

Funded through Delta AHEC North and housed at Crittenden Regional Hospital, the Health Resource Center is available to hospital patients and their families as well as area healthcare providers and the general public.
The Center contains a computer lab of 4 computers as well as a consumer and professional reference collection of books, magazines, DVDs, CD ROMs and videos. Displays are available for check out through the Delta Center on Aging which is located on the third floor.

The Center is located on the second floor of Crittenden Regional Hospital across from Patient Room 224.

Hospital Bill: The hospital provides the healthcare workers, equipment and supplies that you receive while in the hospital. The charges for these services will appear on your hospital bill.
The hospital will file an insurance claim to your medical insurance carrier if the information was provided at the time of admission.
You may also receive professional bills from your physician, radiologist, and pathologist.
The radiologist performs procedures such as x-rays, ultrasounds, MRI, CAT scan, mammograms, etc. The radiologist supervises testing and interprets any procedure conducted; consults with your physician when necessary, etc. Although you may not meet the radiologist personally, they will interpret your results and send any reports to your personal physician. The charges for these services will be billed to you separately by the radiologist.
The pathologist examines tissue specimens removed by surgery or biopsy; examines Pap smears, blood smears, etc.; performs procedures such as bone marrow examinations; supervises testing and interprets test results; consults with your physician when necessary, etc. Although you may not meet the pathologist personally, they will be examining your specimens and sending reports to your personal physician. The charges for these services will be billed to you separately by the pathologist.
